With over 16 years of experience in business operations, consulting, and sales leadership, I specialize in driving growth, optimizing processes, and fostering high-performing teams. My career began in education as a curriculum director and school administrator, where I successfully led transformative initiatives, including a district-wide tech integration and academic turnaround.
Transitioning into the corporate world, I honed my expertise in business development, high-ticket sales, and strategic consulting. As a partner in a managed service business, I spearheaded operational restructuring, scaled revenue to $4 million, and navigated major workforce changes while maintaining a strong company culture. My experience spans industries including IT services, printing, financial services, and marketing, where I’ve led sales teams, implemented training programs, and positioned businesses for acquisition.
Currently, I serve as Chief of Staff for a coaching program, where I focus on business strategy, process implementation, and sales growth. I work directly within the business, ensuring operational efficiency, scaling revenue, and aligning strategic goals with execution.
More recently, I have leveraged my leadership and sales acumen in the high-ticket remote sales space, where I’ve closed over $1.5 million in consulting programs and built scalable sales processes. I thrive on helping businesses optimize operations, improve team performance, and create sustainable growth strategies.
