With over 16 years of experience in business operations, consulting, and sales leadership, I specialize in driving growth, optimizing processes, and fostering high-performing teams. My career began in education as a curriculum director and school administrator, where I successfully led transformative initiatives, including a district-wide tech integration and academic turnaround.

Transitioning into the corporate world, I honed my expertise in business development, high-ticket sales, and strategic consulting. As a partner in a managed service business, I spearheaded operational restructuring, scaled revenue to $4 million, and navigated major workforce changes while maintaining a strong company culture.
